Rental Fees & Charges

  • Cabin Rental (2 night minimum) Owners & Members $38 per night/ Guests $55 per night

  • Campsite Rental Owners & Members $6 per night/ Guests $30 per night

  • Extended Stay $19 Owners& Members/ $27 Guests (NON holiday weekends ONLY)

  • Pet Fee in approved Pet Friendly cabins $5 per pet, per night

  • Golf Cart rentals: 

    • $55 per day for Timber Ridge members/ $360 per week for Timber Ridge members

    • $65 per day for other associations/ $400 per week for other associations

  • Fire Pit Rentals:

    • $5 per day for everyone (one bundle of wood free with every rental)

  • Ice Sales:

    • $2.50 per bag for everyone

  • Firewood Sales:

    • $2 per bundle for Timber Ridge members

    • $5 per bundle for all other associations

  • Adopt-A-Site Monthly Fee $50 plus $6 per night each occupied night

  • Late Checkout penalty for cabins/RV sites $25

  • Lost Cabin Key $5

  • Housekeeping Additional Cleaning charge for minor infractions $25

  • Smoking in a NON-Smoking Cabin $150

  • No-show fine $50 for cabins/ $25 for campsites

  • TV in Cabins $250 fine for theft or negligent breakage of TV/ $50 fine for loss or abuse of remote

  • Abandonment of RV $50 per day

  • Abandonment of vehicle on RV site $50 per day

  • Grills on porches of cabins/RV sites $125- & 60-day suspension (State Law)

  • No sewage donut or proper seal used in campground $50 per day

  • Black water spills $150 (this is a fineable offense by the EPA up to $5,000)

  • RV site pipe bursting due to negligence $30 per hour for labor plus parts

  • Pets in NON pet friendly cabins $100 per day

  • Not picking up after pets $10

  • Nuisance barking $25.00 fine on 2nd offense

  • Leaving without paying bill $50

  • Bill Fee for certified letter $20

  • Returned Checks $30
